1. How do I use the Relaxs – White Noise & Humidifier?

Fill the water tank with clean water. - Optional: Add a few drops of water-soluble essential oils for a soothing aroma.

Plug in the device using the included USB cable.

Select from 8 relaxing sounds.

Adjust the volume, light brightness, and mist level to your liking.

Set a sleep timer for 30, 60, or 120 minutes if desired.

3. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange. Please visit our Return Policy page for more detailed information.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide.

Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

5. How do I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us at relaxs.suport@gmail.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we may be able to make changes if you contact us right away. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
